I’m currently the Vice President of Technology and Facilities at Mile High United Way in Denver, Colorado – the first (and best) United Way in the global network. Previously, I served as Vice President of Technology for the National Domestic Violence Hotline, where we took 400,000 calls and chats a year from victims of domestic violence around the country.
Abductedcow.com began as many good stories do – a station wagon, the great American west and some serious disregard for personal safety that only a good road trip can provide. It’s a resume, a journal, a workshop, and in some ways, a relic of the the early internet that I’m happy to say still exists. It’s taken a variety of forms over the years, most of which I’m proud of.
My 14-year career has focused on defining and implementing technology solutions to help organizations in providing a results-focused response to the people in need in our communities. I have a broader interest in how organizations process and manage knowledge as well as the guiding the strategic directions of non-profits.
